Challenge
Facility management ran on a patchwork of spreadsheets and SharePoint lists, making it hard to track building data consistently across teams.
Approach
Built a Java/Spring Boot backend with an OpenAPI contract, integrating existing SharePoint data sources, covered by JUnit tests and deployed via Jenkins to OpenShift.
Outcome
Facility teams now work from one consistent backend instead of scattered spreadsheets, with automated tests guarding every deployment.
