Challenge
Member companies of an international textile association tracked performance indicators manually and inconsistently in spreadsheets — delays and uneven data quality made comparisons difficult.
Approach
Built a React/TypeScript front end with Material UI for data entry and dashboards, backed by Cypress test coverage and shipped through Azure DevOps pipelines.
Outcome
Standardised KPI reporting across all members lets the association benchmark performance globally — manual reconciliation effort dropped significantly.
